Kategorie gelöscht erscheint aber immer noch

Guten Morgen

Ich habe folgendes Problem;

Habe eine Kategorie gelöscht aber wenn man den Shop aufruft, erscheint die Kategorie trotzdem in der Navigation der Kategorie.
Sie verschwindet erst, wenn man auf eine andere Kategorie klickt und dann in dieser Kategorie ist.

Habe alle Cache x-mal gelöscht (Shop, Browser usw.), Datenbank optimiert usw. kein Erfolg.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Gute Abend

war die letzte Zeit anderweitig beschäftigt und daher mein verspätetes Dankeschön!

Ich habe festgestellt, dass es zum Teil 1-2 Tage dauert bis Gambio Änderungen umsetzt (obwohl man alles nur erdenklich löscht).

Habe nun am Layout etwas geändert und im Usermode hinterlegt.
Hab nun ein Problem im Produktdetail (Galeriebilder klicken bewirkt nichts und die Bilder sind plötzlich gross auch unterhalb der Beschreibung).
Stehe im Moment auf dem Schlauch; viellciht weis ja jemand Rat:

Guten Morgen

irgendwie hat es gestern mit meiner Antwort nicht geklappt.
Ich war die letzte Zeit anderweitig beschäftigt und daher mit etwas Verspätung ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Beim Gambioprogramm ist es somit wirklich so (hatte vorher CommerceSEO), dass man ca. 1-2 Tage warten muss (obwohl alles erdenkliche gelöscht an Cache usw.) bis es endlich übernommen wird. Selbst im Privaten Browser verschwand es erst nach einer Weile.

Da muss ich widersprechen. Jede Änderung am Shopsystem, Artikelbestand, etc. wird sofort wirksam und sichtbar.
Man muss aber gerade als Shop-Admin mit den Caches umgehen können. Sowohl Shopseitig als auch FTP-seitig, vorallem aber Browser-seitig.
